Meredith Cain has served as Registrar at Art Services International since 2005. She skillfully coordinates insurance, crating, customs, and both national and international transportation logistics for ASI’s traveling exhibitions. As a liaison to hosting museums, Meredith establishes environmental and security guidelines for exhibition spaces, creates and monitors departure schedules, and addresses installation concerns.
Meredith graduated with honors from Rhodes College, Memphis, Tennessee, with a BA in Art History and a BA in English literature. She was Exhibitions Manager at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art in Memphis before moving to London, where she worked in the British and Irish Art Department of Christie’s auction house. Meredith returned to Memphis as the Assistant Curator for WONDERS: The Memphis International Cultural Series. During her two years at WONDERS, she juggled both curatorial and registrarial duties, arranging exhibition logistics and organizing shipping. She also served as the Fine Arts Coordinator.
Meredith is an avid reader. She enjoys spending time out-of-doors exploring the DC area. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Meredith currently resides in Washington, DC.
